Shipping Policy
Maya Laser Spa offers select retail products for purchase online and in-store. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Maya Laser Spa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
