💎 Service Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, all services are non-refundable once rendered. However, if you experience any concerns during or after your visit, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Our team will work with you to address your experience and explore appropriate solutions.
💎 Prepaid Packages & Deposits
Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or client upon request, subject to approval. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
💎 Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for spa credit only. Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety standards.
💎 Cancellations & No-Shows
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit. We appreciate your understanding as we reserve time and resources specifically for you.
